DIY: Easy & Healthy Breakfast

I'm a big fan of easy and healthy breakfast as I usually don't have time to eat until I reach my office. Yes, I'd prefer to sleep in lol. This really simple breakfast is my go-to whenever (read: almost everyday) I don't have time or too lazy to make breakfast. 

What I like the most about this recipe is that it keeps me full until lunch! 

To make this, you will need:

  • Kefir or yogurt
  • Avocado
  • Almonds
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Simply pour the kefir or yogurt over an empty bowl, put in your avocado, almonds, and chia seeds (not in the picture because I ran out of these booo). You can also add some honey if you wish to sweeten the kefir/yogurt :)

Kefir (or yogurt), avocado, and almonds. Add chia seeds, too, if you'd like!


Cut the avocado into half, scoop it out onto an empty bowl. Add the kefir.



 Add the almonds.

And voilà ! your breakfast is ready! :)

This yummy goodness is full of probiotic (kefir), good fat (avocado), and calcium (almonds). Sometimes I also eat this to detoxify my body after one full weekend of pigging out LOL
